Education and Extrasensory Perception – workshop

Creativity through Extrasensory Perception – workshop

Audience

Students, educators, people needing to be creative

6-12 people

Goals
  • build confidence in own perceptions
  • develop a safe personal space
  • create from authenticity
Structure
  1. theory and review
  2. practice and validation
  3. exercises and application

The workshop outline shows my general approach to teaching. There is a part of me that transfers information and that information is regarded as such, not as facts. By doing this we have openings to have a real conversation about the nature of our reality, about perception, about subjectivity and objectivity.

This creates a safe environment for all the people in the group to voice their opinions, experiences and thought. There is no wrong nor right, we are not in this workshop to judge ideas nor one another. We achieve this by doing various exercises (extrasensory perception exercises) that let you experience the flexibility of our reality. You shall experience yourself and witness same or similar experiences in the group. Thus you experience your subjective findings to become objective findings as others have similar “weird” experiences.

The last phase is that of practical application as we need to move beyond personal and shared experiences only. We live in this world where many forces are at play but we do not have to fight them. Instead we learn to think in dynamics, in phases and small steps. Our output is highly personal, highly authentic and we can understand it’s origins. Hence we can communicate and transfer the experiences to others.

Here is an example outline of the workshop and the preliminary outcome.

  1. 30 minute intro
  2. 30 minutes video
  3. 1 hour review & theory
  4. 2 hours practice
