Here a photo series on the aging of bell peppers and its beautiful wrinkles. In a previous post, Apple contrast, I wrote about its beautiful wrinkles. I admit, they were not very visible in that particular photo. However, it did inspire me to push the idea to its limits. A few days ago I set up a little studio and photographed during a couple of days a yellow bell pepper. There is little control over the outcome, but I am rather satisfied with the result.
This project is not over yet. The above are test shots and in the next series I improve my set up and editing workflow. Always fun to experiment with new things, right? For this project I used a Canon 60D, DXO photolab Elite, Pixelmator (not the Pro version) and NIK’s Dfine 2.
