Separation
Separation from the Divine, from Consciousness. This has been the most challenging work thus far.
The title Separation refers to how we are all part of the same Consciousness (Larger Consciousness System in T. Campbell vocabulary). In life on Earth, we experience separation even though we are connected. This experience of connection is faint, fragile, and ethereal for most people. There are natural strong bonds, such as the bond between mother and child. Lovers can also be more sensitive towards each other’s thoughts and emotions. Good research on this subject is done, for example, by Rupert Sheldrake. Leena and I participated in one of his experiments, and we had significant positive outcomes.
The red (blood, flesh, biological)ropes represent our umbilical cord with the divine. The two figures remind me of Adam and Eve, deeply in love. They experience a strong physical attraction, but this at the expense of the Divine connection. The connection between the Divine and earthly life weakens as the dark charcoal zone between them expands.
